State what you have and what you want to supply
Describe whether the line starts with whole ripe fruit, prepared flesh, coarse pulp or finished puree. Then identify the required outlet: an ingredient handover, a treatment package or a selected bulk-fill operation.
State the production target with its material and time basis. If the fruit recovery or preparation duty is uncertain, identify that uncertainty so it can be addressed in the scope review.
Include the information that changes the configuration
A product sample, texture reference and packaging specification can materially change the equipment selection. A floor sketch and existing connection photographs can clarify how a new stage will fit.
Do not put confidential formulation details in an initial message. A high-level description of the product and the required handover is enough to start the discussion and identify further technical information.
| Selection point | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Input | Whole fruit, prepared flesh, pulp or purchased puree |
| Output | Texture, production basis and selected package |
| Project scope | Complete route or specific retained and new stages |
| Installation | Country, available layout and existing utilities |
Compare quotations on the same boundary
Check the listed machines, product connections, controls, cleaning scope and installation responsibilities. A headline price does not show whether two proposals cover the same process.
Use the enquiry form to describe the project in your own words. Optional equipment and line selections help route the discussion while leaving space for the actual situation.
Questions in practice
Before connecting the equipment
Do I need a complete specification before contacting you?
A clear starting material, desired output and project scope are enough for the first discussion. Detailed layout and equipment data can follow.
