Start with ripe whole fruit
Build a connected route from sound, ripe papaya to refined puree. Fruit handling and preparation feed a dual-stage pulper-finisher; buffer vessels and transfer equipment then connect the puree to its selected treatment and packaging system.
Start with existing pulp or puree
Add the processing stages after pulp recovery. This package brings together a controlled product feed, tubular thermal treatment, cooling and aseptic bag filling, with the transfer and cleaning connections needed to operate them together.
