Start with the required equipment boundary
A whole-fruit preparation and extraction route covers different equipment from a package that starts with purchased puree. Determine what is already available and which operations the new supply should add.
Treatment, filling and cleaning requirements can change the configuration substantially. The required package and operating route should be discussed alongside the production target, rather than added as undefined options later.
Compare the factors that change the proposal
Product duty, screen and texture requirements, buffer operation, thermal interfaces and bag compatibility all affect selection. Layout limitations and the required control connections can also change the supply.
Identify site services and installation responsibilities explicitly. A machine price and a connected process-package price are not directly comparable unless the included work is the same.
| Selection point | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Product duty | Material basis, required rate and operating schedule |
| Processing scope | Retained stages and newly supplied equipment |
| Packaging | Selected bag, handling cycle and product connection |
| Installation | Layout, utilities, controls and connection responsibilities |
Request a quotation with a usable brief
Provide the starting material, desired outlet and target duty, even if some details are still open. Add the intended region, floor sketch and existing equipment where available.
No universal line price is published because these boundaries differ between projects. A scope-based equipment discussion is the appropriate starting point for a comparable quotation.
Questions in practice
Before connecting the equipment
Can a reliable complete-line price be given from fruit capacity alone?
The product outlet, treatment and filling route, retained equipment and installation responsibilities also need to be defined.
